Critical Component Planning

By analyzing the historical patterns of maintenance activities and parts usage, we perform a more precise and data-driven forecast of the next 12 months of critical components by fleet.

Each maintenance activity leaves a "finger print" in terms of activities performed, time durations and actual parts usage, among other factors. Often, they may also trigger non-routine activities, which are interconnected within a work order or within the same aircraft. This digital "finger print" enables the implementation of several algorithms to predict the likelihood of future maintenance activities.

Based on our deep analysis of the maintenance patterns, we consolidate a forecast for the next 12 month by fleet and create a historical record to track attainment of maintenance activities and parts usage. By using a data-driven approach, we have identified savings in both labor and material usage of up to 10%. If you'd like to learn more about our solutions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
